Runt Deadhead - 14c28n - Production
A fixed blade knife at 5 inches, built to carry.
Two inches of blade, five inches overall, and a kydex sheath that rides around your neck and disappears under a shirt. I've carried this shape for years before it ever ran as a production piece.
14C28N takes a working edge and holds it. The handle is textured for a real grip at this size — three fingers, no hot spots, nothing digging in when you bear down. Ground thin. Sharpened to cut.
I designed Runt in Reno. Miguron builds this one in China, to my spec. The drawing didn't change. Same geometry. Different build origin.

Is a 2" blade actually useful?
It's the blade you'll have on you. That's what it's for. Opening boxes, cutting line, everything a fixed blade does at a size you won't leave at home. If you want more edge on the same carry logic, Runt XL runs the same design at 3".
Where is it made?
China. Miguron builds it to my spec, from my design. The Black Label version of this same knife is cut and finished in Reno, one at a time — same drawing either way.
Runt or Runt XL?
Same design, two sizes. Runt is 2" of blade at 5" overall — neck carry, disappears. Runt XL is 3" at 7" — more edge, same lines. Pick by how you carry.
